The design style of David P. Turner and John G. Martin is defined as "Modern Organic."  For thirty-six years they've been creating neutral spaces using their signature monochromatic color palette. Organic forms and natural elements and textures are integrated with conversation pieces and artwork.  The result is visually elegant.

Led by founders and principals David and John, the company started as a custom floral design firm and transformed into a home décor and art retail gallery in Palo Alto, CA, a catalog business, a web portal and a full-service interior design studio.

 

Inspired by the talented artisans and tradesmen who bring quality and creative materials and products to Turner Martin’s resource library—yet another of its impressive undertakings—the firm’s designs often feature treasures from around the globe.

 

Although known for a mixing of these worldwide inspirations, Turner and Martin’s primary goal is to achieve the client’s every need and desire. “Each residential design project begins with the challenge of making a space livable, striking, comfortable and creative for our clients, be it the blank canvas of a new construction, an existing empty house or the puzzle of redesigning something that is already in place,” Turner says.
